Refund policy

Every print is made for you after you order it. Because of that, we do not take returns or cancellations on prints.

If your print arrives damaged, or with a fault from printing, tell us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo of the print and of the packaging to studio@artsbytadeo.com. We make a new one and send it at no cost to you. If you would rather have your money back, we refund the full price.

We carry the risk until the print is in your hands.

Originals are sold by conversation, and their terms are on the invoice.
